The “Silvia Zenari” Natural History Museum offers families a special event dedicated to them every second Saturday of the month. Every month, young and old alike can explore different themes to discover the richness of the Museum’s permanent collections, as well as other fascinating facts featured in the temporary exhibitions; all in an atmosphere of wonder and fun. Together, we’ll discover just how many connections there are between us and the natural world around us, from our local area right out to the whole world. Only by understanding the beauty and fragility of our home and its inhabitants can we protect it, even through small actions.
In this session, we’ll explore the world of shells through a visit to the exhibition *Shells: Jewels from the Sea* and discover not only their beauty but also all their adaptation strategies. In the workshop, we’ll create, with an artistic touch, the shell that has fascinated you the most.
BOOKING is RECOMMENDED by the Thursday preceding the date of the visit.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult who will remain for the entire duration of the workshop.
All activities are included in the admission ticket price; there is no additional cost for taking part in guided tours or workshops. For information about the museum admission fee, please visit the WEBSITE.
