Dal sacro all'urbano: affreschi religiosi e street art a Pordenone itinerario alla scoperta delle opere cittadine di street art

The tour begins at St Mark’s Basilica, where the 14th-century frescoes served as ‘visual Bibles’: a language of images created to educate and inspire the people. However, it is out on the streets that art bursts forth in its most vibrant form. The city centre now reveals itself as a vibrant urban fabric, where concrete gives way to colour. Here, amongst squares and alleyways, street art becomes a driving force for regeneration, transforming every corner into a living dialogue between the artist, the architecture and the community. The visitor is no longer a mere spectator, but an active participant who interacts with the murals: works that oscillate between the biting irony of provocation and the delicacy of dreamlike visions.

Guided tour on Tuesday 23 June 2026, setting off at 6.15 pm from the forecourt of St Mark’s Cathedral
