An intensive course to enter the world of Japanese comics.
Manga Training Week is a series of three intensive weekly workshops designed to introduce participants to the language of manga through a practical and engaging approach. Each week focuses on a different genre of Japanese comics—from sports and fantasy to science fiction—exploring the visual style and storytelling techniques that have made these genres famous around the world.
Led by Alberto Della Libera, Gianluca Ascione, and Vincenzo Morgese, participants will work on a different module each week, exploring manga from both a creative and technical perspective, with particular attention to visual storytelling and the expressive power of drawing.
Each course is designed as a standalone experience and can be attended individually, but the courses may also be followed as a complete training programme on Japanese comics.

Palazzo Ricchieri takes centre stage again on three Thursdays in July (2nd, 16th and 23rd) with “MusicAL MUSEO”, a project organised by the APN Association as part of the “Thursdays under the stars” programme.
